I have been teaching yoga for over a decade, helping students across the world discover flexibility, strength, and inner balance. My sessions are fully personalized, adapting to each individualโ€™s needs and progress.

Through daily guidance and monitoring, I ensure steady improvement and a holistic approach to well-being. My goal is to make yoga a sustainable and transformative practice in your life.

In addition to my independent teaching, I have also worked in Arvada hospitals, including two years at PNNM Arvada College Cheruthuruthi, where I taught yoga to BAMS students, integrating yogic practices into their medical education.
